If the camera is connected to ExacqVision Server and showing connected on the add IP camera page but not streaming videos and showing acquiring video. That means the RTSP streaming port may need to be opened on the Firewall, normally 554

when trying to connect to the S3 internal solution via the Exacq archiving page instead of the standard AWS S3 bucket the system couldn’t establish the connection to it.
The standalone S3 solutions are not supported via Exacq Software and the only S3 solution that supported till server version 21.03 is the AWS S3 and we are working on adding this feature in the future builds
