Introduction
Hyper View is a cloud based feature that compiles video clips from both C2C and Cloudvue Gateway cameras into a continuous 60 second recap video for any 24 hour period. This feature is accessed directly from cloudvue.com and operates independently from normal archived video storage. Because Hyper View uses its own clip generation process, it is possible to see Hyper View footage even when traditional archived video is unavailable.
Accessing Hyper View Option 1
- Log in to cloudvue.com.
- Navigate to the desired camera.
- Click the lightning bolt icon next to the live view to open Hyper View.
Accessing Hyper View Option 2
- Log in to cloudvue.com.
- Open a Custom View, Location or Cloudvue Gateway
- Click the lightning bolt icon located in the right-hand Navigation Tree. A Hyper View with all the cameras will be generated.
Navigation and Date Selection
- When Hyper View opens, it automatically begins downloading and playing footage for the current date.
- To view a different date:
- Click the calendar icon, or
- Use the left/right arrows beside the date.
- Hyper View stores approximately 30 days of video per camera.
Playback Controls
- Use the pause / play button to stop and start playback.
- Once paused, click the search icon to open archived video at the exact date and time shown in Hyper View.
Analytics Box Colors
During playback, Hyper View may display colored boxes identifying object detections if they are enabled.
