Synchronize with Enterprise Manager authentication – Connectivity error:500

Users on legacy Client software may experience issues when Single-Sign on is in use while utilizing the Automatic Import feature and syncing with Enterprise Manager.

NOTE: Single-Sign on will still function as expected without automatic import after selecting “use credentials entered below” option, and entering the LDAP user’s information.

Product 

  • exacqVision Client 24.12.7.0 and prior versions
  • exacqVision Enterprise Manager 24.12.5.0

Steps to Reproduce 

Using the Automatic Import feature in exacqVision Client software select the Synchronize with exacqVision Enterprise Manager feature and enter the EM server’s URL, then select apply, importing the System’s List as configured in Enterprise Manager.

Expected Results 

Authentication to the Enterprise Manager server should import the Systems List, then authentication when Single Sign-On is selected should succeed.

Actual Results 

Authentication fails.

Solution

Update Enterprise Manager to the latest version and verify the exacqVision Client software is version 25.1.4.0 or later.
