exacqVision Server fails to start

Description

When a file “C:\Program” exists, the Windows Service Control Manager (SCM) will fail to start the exacqVisionServer service.

Workaround

Perform the following steps:

1. Delete the file “C:\Program”
2. Rename C:\Program Files\exacqVision\Server\scripts\sysinfo.ps1 to sysinfo.ps1.bak
3. Start exacqVision Server service

Update to exacqVision Server 19.03.0 or higher
