Issue:
Upgrading the exacqVision Web Service from version 9.2 to version 21.06+ (even using the server bundled package) on Microsoft Windows operating systems will show the web service as upgraded but leave it unable to start.
Root Cause:
Undetermined.
Workaround:
After performing the upgrade, uninstall and reinstall the exacqVision Web Service again.
Fixed Version:
Not yet fixed.
