The Event monitoring trigger is not switching the video
Description
The Event monitoring trigger is not switching the video the first time if you run it while another trigger works.
Reproducing the issue:-
creating Two event monitoring profiles using the Video Panel/View type and setting two soft triggers to trigger it manually, then set the action type to “switch the video”
Going to the live view and running the event monitoring, run the first soft trigger, then try to run the second one. It will not work the first time, and you have to disable the second trigger, then re-enable it again, which will make it works, and switch to the second view.
This is not an exhausted list. Soft Triggers are not available in the Web Browser/Thin Client. Customers should use the Exacq Mobile 3 Client from a Web Browser instead.
The physical triggers are located in the menu of the mobile browser instead of on the live view.
For Example: If you are using a trigger for audio and the associations have been created. Connect to the Exacq Mobile 3 Client in a browser, navigate to the menu options, go to the Audio Devices, select Audio Input, and select Listen in Live. In the lower right corner you will see the option for activating that soft trigger.
From the C-Cure 9000 interface, find the Camera ID as pictured below.
Setup a “Soft Trigger” under the “Action” tab.
Change the “Action Type” to “Soft Trigger.
Back in the exacqVision Client, create a new Event Link using the Event Type of “Soft Trigger” and the “Event Source” will match the Camera ID from above.
Starting with exacqVision 5.10, you can configure email notifications to include a video clip or still image from one or more cameras even if the event does not directly involve video (that is, if the event is not video motion, video loss, IP camera connection, or analytics) using Source Groups to associate video to the event.

For IP Cameras – select IP Camera Connection and the camera you would like to attach video from
For Analog Cameras – select Video Loss and the input of the camera you want to attach video from
Select the Action Type ‘Notify’
Select the Action Target ‘Message Profile’
Select Apply to save the changes and close the Source Group Window
Note: Make sure that the Attach Preview box is checked on the E-mail Message Profile being used.
WARNING: Because ‘Any Source’ must be used, and the source group includes a video loss or IP camera connection trigger a notification will be sent based on those events.
Pro Tip: Source groups can be scheduled on/off on the Schedule Page.
In this IP Cameras example when the Input Trigger – Driveway East Soft Trigger 1 goes into alarm an email will be sent along with a video clip from the Driveway East Camera using the “Gmail” E-mail Message Profile.
