CLIENT: Export dialog doesn’t appear when logged in to Windows as restricted user

Description: When logged in to Windows as a restricted user, the Export dialog does not appear when you try to export video. Version Introduced: 5.2 Version Fixed: 5.2.3.36400 Workaround: Install a previous version of exacqVision Client.

Can’t Export Video as Restricted User

Symptom Unable to export video while logged in as the restricted “user” account <br> Affected platforms Linux 12.04, 14.04 <br> Workaround Log in as ‘Admin’Open Terminal from Applications -> Accessories -> TerminalType the following commandsudo chown user /mnt/export/user/Enter your admin password when prompted (default: admin256)Log back in as ‘user’ and exports should save properly
