Pelco Optera supports Panomersive Uni-stream mode

Description

Pelco Optera is a multi-sensor 180/360 camera that provides panoramic views. We started supporting this model with r101894 dev build 7.9.32.101939 and officially in 8.0.0.102418 RC.

<br>

Fix

The camera should be set to the “Panomersive Uni-stream” mode.

In the camera web page, got to the “System” tab and under “Optera Compatibility Mode”. Let the camera reboot and reconnect with our server. This would provide both mosiac and full views.

Note: Also required is client release 8.0 and above to dewarp the mosaic views. Camera should also have fw IMM12018-2.7.0.3.8360-A0.0 and above that fixed the two main issues.
