Bomgar support client will fail to install during retail deployment without internet connection

Issue

Starting with the 2019-09 retail keys, we migrated to a newer Bomgar support client version necessitated by our having upgraded our Bomgar appliance.
The newer Bomgar client requires communication with the appliance, and will fail to install if this is blocked.
User will see Bomgar-related error messages, and will need to ignore/cancel. These are not fatal errors. Retail imaging will in turn successfully complete.

There is no good way to detect necessary reachability because the protocols in question are Bomgar-proprietary, and so in turn we don’t have a dependable way to perhaps skip this step. Further, we don’t have a way to suppress the failure. But the number of customers performing retail recovery with these latest keys in question is small, given that compatible servers all support factory restore function.
