Steps to reproduce
- Export exe from the client, server, or web service
- Run exported exe

Expected result
- – Export plays correctly

Actual result
- – Error -4 is displayed.

Work Around
– Downgrade to 7.8
– Install trunk build of client, server, and web service (8.1 will work)
– Download exacxqVisionEplayerRC-8_0_1_103073, rename it to ePlayer.exe and copy it into the exacqVision/Client, Server, and WebServer/bin folders
– RC Client with fix:
