If you have exacqVision Server archiving your data on Cloud Drive, then the only way to search your data supported by Exacq is through ExacqVison Client.
The client Software has to be connected to the server at least once to save the cloud drive information and allow you to communicate with the cloud drive. And search for archived videos.
exacqVision Client direct access of Cloud-Drive storage does not list cameras by server configured camera names or display video time & date stamp.
Customers that attempt to review Cloud-Drive video from an off-site independent exacqVision Client pointed at the Cloud Drive URL https://exacq-gateway.cloudvue.com/v1/exacq with the proper credentials will be faced with the following limitations.
Limitations:
1. The exacqVision Client Search Cameras page shows a Cloud folder where the cameras are listed by a unique 6-digit name. The original server configured names are not associated in any way with the new camera names making it more difficult to locate a particular camera by the new name alone. This information is not stored in the cloud so the client has no way of accessing it.

2. The exacqVision Client Search Cameras page has no On-Screen Display of the time & date stamp unlike when the Client connects through the server.
No Workaround:
None available.
Unfortunately there is no immediate solution, neither of the two items are presently supported. The original camera names are not stored in the Cloud-Drive so the remote client has no way of accessing them. The video time & date stamp is not provided by the Cloud-Drive either. These items have been raised as feature enhancement requests to Cloud-Drive Product Line Management for future discussion and possible inclusion.
exacqVision Cloud Drive customers cannot presently use the main Cloudvue website https://www.cloudvue.com to reset their forgotten user password.
Overview:
exacqVision Cloud Drive users are only recognized on the exacq instance of the Cloudvue website https://exacq.cloudvue.com. The site does not provide them with the ability to manage the Cloud Drive content and therefore not intended for exacq users to log directly into it. In fact, attempting to do so will result in being automatically redirected to the “Configuring Cloud Drive” Knowledge Base article number 554 on the exacq support portal https://support.exacq.com/#/knowledge-base/article/554.
Please note that the current behavior described in this article may only be valid until the future Cloud-Drive 2.0 relaunch.
NOTE: After the password is reset, remember to update the exacqVision Server > Archiving > Target TAB > Settings SECTION > Password LINE ITEM on ALL servers currently using that account.
