Illustra3 cannot update ptz preset name

Steps to reproduce

  1. Conenct to Illustra demo server with exacq client (illustra.exacq.com)
  2. Go to camera named “Pro 2MP 30X PTZ”
  3. Click on “Mechanical PTZ | Presets” tabs
  4. Select one of the existing PTZ presets
  5. Enter a new name for it ni the text box provided below the preset list
  6. Click Apply

Expected result

Name of Preset should change to the name entered.

Actual result

Name does not change, nothing appears to happen.

  • Audit Trail will show the configuration event with correct preset information including the new name for the preset
  • Client preset list never updates to reflect change
  • Camera admin interface proves the new name was never pushed to the camera.

Work Around

Delete and Add preset with new, desired name.
