Step by step guide on setting a static IP for C-Series machines.
Step 1. Navigate to the “System Settings“. This can be found in the top right corner of the top menu bar.Step 2. In system settings, find and click into “Network Connections“.Step 3. Click the “+” icon in the bottom right of the menu.Step 4. Select your connection type. Step 5. Rename the connection if you need and select the network interface device from the “Device” drop down.Step 6. Click on the “IPv4” tab along the top of the menu. “Manual” method from the method dropdown.Step 7. Click the “Add” button to the right of the addresses. Then enter in your Static IP Address, Netmask and Gateway. After you have done this you can enter a DNS server if you have one, if not Googles public DNS is 8.8.8.8 . If you are happy with the settings you have entered, Click the “Save” button.
The C-Series is designed to provide a dedicated hardware solution for Live Monitoring, Search, and Configuration of exacqVision NVR’s which is small enough to mount to a wall, or the back of a TV. Initially, there will be 3 versions offered: Standard, Pro, Pro Plus. Eventually, we anticipate releasing a 4th model which will support 4 monitors.

Other Information
This machine should be troubleshot similar to other exacqVision systems with the standard Windows 10 or Linux 18.04 image. The Operating System and Client software will reside on the 128/256 GB SSD. If this drive is replaced, the machine will need to be re-imaged.
The Standard has 2 monitor outputs, but the performance specs were rated with only 1 monitor and only 1 monitor is recommended.
The Pro and Pro Plus have 3 monitor outputs. All can be used, but the performance specs were rated with only 2 monitors – 2 are recommended.
The SSD is mounted underneath the spinning HD on the Pro Plus.
