High CPU Usage After Installing ESM 5.4.0

Symptom: High CPU utilization is seen on system running ESM 5.8. <br> Problem: Over 100+ banner messages from ESM causes high CPU usage. CPU spikes every 15 seconds. <br> Solution: Update ESM to version 5.9.8 or later.
Unable to Open File Browser in ESM from Mobile Device
Symptom: Unable to add an image for User’s profile. Problem: When accessing a user’s profile page within ESM, clicking to add an image of the user fails. File browsers are not currently supported on mobile devices within ESM. Solution: Add all files and images with a desktop web browser.
