available system memory ok, not throttling video
After a system throttles, video is no longer recorded. Once the RAM usage goes back under 50%, this log indicates that recording has recovered.
available system memory is low, throttling video
In scenarios where the storage volume cannot keep up with the amount of data being recorded, video is buffered in memory in hopes that the storage volume can eventually catch up. This log indicates that 50% of the available RAM has been utilized. Once this log occurs, video is no longer being recorded.
If the system does catch back up and goes under 50% RAM usage, you’ll see ‘available system memory ok, not throttling video’.
Sender Not Authorized
Often means camera was added with wrong device type. i.e. – added with Onvif rather than Pelco.
Input(***): Describe response failed (retcode 401)
401 is an HTTP error code for “Unauthorized”. For unknown reason this sometimes appears when the correct credentials are entered in the client.
Re-enter the password for the root account in the camera’s web interface.
Input(): Unrecognized resolution.
Server plugin does not like the resolution setting from the camera.
Enter camera web interface and change the resolution to match the IP Camera Integration test records.
*** EISCONN – 120 ***
Socket is already connected.
This error is detected when a connect or listen call is made for a socket which is already connected or listening.
Request was denied by the device. Make sure the correct credentials have been entered
With Axis firmware 5.70 and later with encryption mode enabled, an Axis device could take up to five minutes (the default setting for IP reconnection in exacqVision) to start streaming.
Workaround: Wait for the IP reconnection period to elapse before connecting, or reduce the IP Reconnection setting to a shorter period on the exacqVision System page (Network tab).
*** EDESTUNREACH – 113 ***
Destination unreachable (ICMP).
This error occurs when an ICMP destination unreachable packet for the socket is received.
*** ECONNREFUSED – 111 ***
Connection refused.
This error can occur during an attempt to connect a TCP socket. It is reported when a reset or an unexpected SYNC message is received.
*** – only enterprise systems allow directory integration.
The current license key is Start or Professional, but the current configuration is trying to use LDAP.
This can happen if a Start/Professional license is applied to a previously Enterprise system. Or if the exacqVision Client is attempting to use SSO to connect to a Start/Professional Server.
