In exacqVision Server 6.7.30, 6.7.31, and 6.8.1, the server will become unusable and the system might enter a reboot cycle if 63 or more clients are connected to the server at the same time. The server will log numerous instances this message.

With Axis firmware 5.70 and later with encryption mode enabled, an Axis device could take up to five minutes (the default setting for IP reconnection in exacqVision) to start streaming.
Workaround: Wait for the IP reconnection period to elapse before connecting, or reduce the IP Reconnection setting to a shorter period on the exacqVision System page (Network tab).

Could be a hardware problem or anti-virus interference. Also possible if no page file is enabled.
