Live View Search with Remote Connection Sub Streams does not Allow Live Search to Display Search Results

Description 

There have been 3 scenarios seen when searching from the live page on 24.12.7.0 Exacq Client if you have Sub Streams enabled.

1. If you have remote connection enabled with sub streams searching from live will not return any search results.
If you deleted the sub stream it will return search results as expected.

2. If you have a custom view set up with multiple cameras in the view and you search video from the live custom view then it would only return search results from 2-4 streams. The other streams would not return video in the search results.  

3. If you select a sub stream from the search page and search the search results would return the video from the Main stream.

Steps to Reproduce 

From the live page right click on a stream and select search.
From Live Page with custom view right click on any stream and select search.
The search returns will be empty with a pop up stating no search results were found.

Expected Results 

Searching from the live page in the client should produce a search result.

Actual Results 

Searching form the Live Page in the client would not produce any search results.

Solution

We have resolved this issue and is scheduled to release with a backpatch after 25H1 release.
Another option is to delete the sub streams created when Remote Connection feature is enabled.
You can still search normally in the search window of the client or contact support for a Dev Build that fixes this behavior.
