Samsung / Hanwha Multi-Sensor Video Loss after updating to Exacq 24.12.5.0

Description 

Reports of certain models from Samsung/ Hanwha cameras have ran into an issue where they only connect to a few of the lenses after updating to Exacq Server version 24.12.5.0. Typically seen on one lens, the camera live view will show video loss but the connection status shows connected.

Steps to Reproduce 

Update Server from 24.09 official release or older to Server 24.12.5.0

Expected Results 

Should not get Video loss on any lenses.

Actual Results 

Reports that the issue can range from multiple lenses , 2 lenses, and more frequently of a single lens showing video loss.

Solution

This will be in a backpatch for Exacq Server Version 24.12.x.x when released.

We do have a Test build that can be used with consent.
T2 or T3 would need to transfer the file to the system and update.

RC 24.12.6.0 Server is able to be used.
