What are we announcing end of support for?
exacqVision’s Tyco AI facial detection and mask detection offerings. This Tyco AI native integration launched approximately five years ago. It involved the purchase of following SKUs.

EV-TYC-FR-01 | Tyco AI Facial Matching Channel license. Includes 1 year of software updates. |
EV-TYC-MD-01 | Tyco AI Mask Detection Channel license. Includes 1 year of software updates. |
Why are we announcing end of support?
Firstly, the SKUs mentioned above have been obsolete and their integration has been removed from the website for over six months now. From a new sales standpoint, they are already discontinued.
As for tech support, it is crucial we deploy engineering resources that have the most impact. We have less than 10 installs that are potentially out there in the field, 61 SKU purchases, totaling less than $20k. It is unlikely any issues reported with this offering from this small install base will be prioritized with enough resources to be resolved in a timely manner.
What do we tell a customer calling into tech support with an issue with this feature set?
There has been one call to Tech support on this integration in the past 12 months. In the unlikely event that a customer calls in, please engage Product Management. PM will collaborate with the relevant channel partners to offer the customer an alternative solution.
