Description
There are a few reports of customer having no live streams in the views created. When selecting the view to monitor some of the live streams show a black box. This has been seen on view containing 4 live streams as well up to 25 streams.
Please note that our application only decodes up to 16 streams at any one time. Swiping up or down on the view will free the decoder to allow the new streams to show live video.
Product
Exacq Mobile Application Version 25.03.10 and 25.03.16 have seen this behavior.
Steps to Reproduce
Create a custom view to monitor in the exacq mobile application.
Navigate to application and select the live tab in the application.
Select the 3 dots in the lower right corner.
Select see all views.
NOTE: Newly created views will show up in the Hidden menu and need to be enabled.
Navigate back to live view and select the view you enabled.
Expected Results
Exacq Mobile application should show you all the live streams from the view when swiping up and down in the application.
Actual Results
We have found that there is a behavioral issue with the application when swiping up and down to see more live streams does not release the older streams via the decoder, and allow the new streams to pull in a live stream.
Solution
We are working to correct this behavior and should have a backpatch soon.
One work around is to use the quick view option and select one camera at a time.
Another method is to create a smaller view, such as a 1-4 camera view. However we have seen this behavior on 1-4 camera views so we are working on correcting the decoder.
