Description
When a camera is added to a Cloudvue Gateway it is assigned to that specific Cloudvue Gateway in our cloud database. Attempts to add the camera to a different Cloudvue Gateway will fail with a message indicating that the camera “Already Exists”. Here are the appropriate steps to follow in the event a camera needs to be moved to a different Cloudvue Gateway.

Solution
- Remove each C2G Camera on the old CVG that you want to move
- Login as an Admin User at Cloudvue.com
- Navigate to Settings> Devices
- Click the X to remove
- This should safely remove the C2G camera, remove the subscription, issue any refunds, and free the camera up for re-assignment.
- Add the camera to the New CVG
