Increasing Virtual Memory on 48- and 64-channel Hybrid exacqVision Systems

exacqVision 48- or 64-channel hybrid systems (any system with multiple Stretch capture cards) must have additional virtual memory space for the exacqVision Server software to use. To increase the virtual memory, complete the following steps:

1. Open a command prompt with administrator privileges.
   
2. Type the following command and press Enter:
   
   bcdedit.exe /set increaseuserva 2560
   
3. Restart the system.

If Windows does not start as normal after the command has been applied, complete the following steps:

1. As the computer is booting, press the F8 key repeatedly until you see the Windows Advanced Options Menu. Use the arrow keys to highlight Safe Mode, and then press Enter.
   
2. Open a command prompt with administrator privileges.
   
3. Type the following command and press Enter:
   
   bcdedit /deletevalue IncreaseUserVa
   
4. Restart the system.
