Issue
With the 20.09 release of Exacq Mobile 3, iOS users are unable to connect to web services if using a domain and HTTP (e.g. ​http://illustra.exacq.com).
This does not affect other routes for connecting to the web service: TLS (HTTPS) and IP-based connections will work as normal.

Workaround
- Enable TLS on the web service and access via https (e.g. https://illustra.exacq.com).
- Connect to the webservice by IP (e.g. http:/207.67.123.202 for http://illustra.exacq.com).
- Enable the relay on the web service and access using the relay address.
