Issue
Within Lenel Onguard software, a yellow X is being displayed instead of live video.
This was being caused when trailing spaces were present in the camera names within exacq.
Solution
- Find the cameras with the yellow X in Onguard
- Find the same cameras in exacqVision
- Delete trailing spaces from the camera names
- In Onguard System Administration
- Right click on EV Server, select “Import from recorder”
- Remove the camera from the imported list
- Right click on EV Server, click “Download”
- Right click again and select “Import from recorder”
- Add the camera back to the list.
Cameras should now display video as expected
